In the decades since our founding, both the collegiate and fraternal landscape has changed quite a bit. We welcome flexibility and transparency when it comes to building a sisterhood for the 21st century.

Promote Diversity
Diversity & inclusion efforts have been challenged both on college campuses and in the workplace. Delta Gamma Pi looks to:
- Serve as a grassroots means to include women from diverse backgrounds
- Clearly take a position of non-exclusion & tolerance in all of our efforts
- Provide a sisterhood where each woman can present as their full selves without pressure to fit into a pre-set mold.
Goals & Objectives
Why should you want to join any sorority, specifically Delta Gamma Pi? Before affiliating with any fraternal organization, it is important to understand both the organization's and your personal goals.

Community Service
Delta Gamma Pi has historically been a social and service based sorority; however in the future is looking to transition to a service sorority. This service will be:
- To offer support both in labor and financially to the local community
- To establish and awareness and commitment to philanthropic efforts
- To encourage the desire to give back and improve the world that we live in and share together.

Personal Growth
Membership in a sorority is a personal and important decision. Before taking the next step decide the following:
- That you have the time and resources to give to the sisterhood
- That you aren't easily deterred by challenges
- That you can be both gracious and welcoming; but diplomatic if necessary
- That you aren't afraid to step up as a leader

Alumna & Professionals
Delta Gamma Pi Multicultural Sorority is intended to be an organization that exists on college campuses. There are no alumna or professional options for active membership. Alumna are automatically included in Delta Gamma Pi's professional network. The Governing Board will consist of Alumna volunteers

These strategic pillars will serve as the roadmap for the re-establishment of Delta Gamma Pi Multicultural Sorority, ensuring a structured and purposeful approach to building an inclusive and impactful sisterhood.
Membership Development
Establishing Sisterhood
At least 3 women, who are all enrolled at the same college institution, can inquire about re-establishment. At least 2 of the 3 women must be full-time students. All women have earned at least 12 college credits with a minimum 3.0 G.P.A.
Eligibility
Meaningful Growth
To be considered active, Delta Gamma Pi Multicultural Sorority must be recognized by the institution as a registered student organization. The host institution should have other fraternal organizations on campus.
Community Engagement
Service & Support
Each Delta Gamma Pi chapter will build an create their own philantropic and service plan. Each chapter will prioritize local needs and relationships as well as offer support and service to their host educational institution.
Digital Presence
Online Promotion
Social media and digital storytelling will be used to support, not replace, in-person impact and planning. Sorors are encouraged to utilize new media and technologies to adapt to the sorority's changing needs.
Action Plan
Turning strategic pillars into reality requires a disciplined approach to execution and a clear timeline for sustainable growth. No re-establishment efforts will proceed without full review and discussion in regards to the proper prospects and venue.

Foundation & Leadership
The re-establishment of Delta Gamma Pi Multicultural Sorority, Inc will start with one chapter that will become operational and firmly established. This chapter will:
- Ideally surpass the minimum membership requirements
- Be prepared to put in the hard work needed to rebuild
- Demonstrate creativity and openess to change

Launch awareness campaigns and begin the first membership intake process focused on multicultural service and sisterhood.
